This development was designed and constructed by Stokes Wheeler to stand out from the crowd of regular industrial construction. Consisting of 12 warehouse units with adjoining office spaces, the buildings are largely traditional in their construction utilising structural steel framing and concrete tilt up panels. However with the inclusion of a unique feature roof design, feature panels and bold colours, Stokes Wheeler have been able to complete an appealing, quality and functional development and have given this project ‘The Edge’.
