The Jeta Gardens Jade Building is an extension to the existing aged care facility. Part of a multi-staged development, this project is a new 72 bed aged care facility. Embodying the Jeta Gardens philosophy of providing “Resort Style Living” this building was designed and constructed to provide that high end feeling yet remain functional in providing the relevant care for all residents.
The Jade Building is divided into six wings, spread across three levels with each wing acting as a “House” to its 12 residents. Each wing contains a separate Lounge, Dining, Servery, Activity Room and Nurses Station. The Lounge and Dining areas also open out on to large balconies. Additional facilities housed in this building include: a Hairdresser, Multipurpose Rooms, a Café with a tranquil outdoor seating area, a central courtyard providing a sanctuary for residents and a new main reception and resident services.
