This new state of the art new facility covers three levels including a semi-enclosed rooftop customer car park that has a dedicated check-in counter. The showroom and sales area have customer-focused facilities including a lounge with coffee station, café seating serviced by a fully-equipped kitchen, access to wi-fi, an internet bar and merchandise and accessories display.

Within the building is a 30 square metre boardroom with seating for 10 people while a lift and central staircase gives access between each floor.

Major features include:

  • Ground floor showroom with offices, amenities, kitchen, storage, reception, lounge, coffee station and external car display and parking.
  • A mezzanine floor for back of house personnel, including offices, amenities, storage and meeting rooms. All these areas are integrated and connected to the existing area housing servicing bays.
  • The second level, accessed by a ramp from Anne Street, is a carpark and has two handover bays for new cars, as well as access via lift and stairs, and providing access to the roof.
